Dear 4-K Club Patron/Matron,
We invite you to take part in this year’s 4-K Club Bi-Annual Survey conducted once every two years. The purpose of this survey is to update the available information on current 4-K Clubs. There are 4-K Club Patrons and Matrons who registered 4-K Clubs in one school and have since transferred to another school. The verified details of all patrons and matrons will culminate in their formal registration after which we will issue their 4-K Club Patron/Matron Registration Certificates. The survey will also help in establishing the current status of 4-K Clubs including number of registered 4-K Club members and the activities they are involved in. Finally, the survey will also help to establish the level of preparedness for participation in 4- KCLUBPAS 2024 for those clubs that have registered to participate in the competition.
